Kimberley A. Schroeder, D.O.

Dr. Schroeder was invited to a medical symposium presented by one of her colleagues, Dr. Steven F. Hotze. As founder and president of the American Academy of Biologically Identical Hormone Therapy, Dr. Hotze was instituting a new, natural approach to helping women in midlife through the use of bio-identical hormones.

After studying with Dr. Hotze, Dr. Schroeder changed the way she approached medicine and patient care, not just for herself, but also for her patients. Dr. Schroeder was accepted as a member of the American Academy of Bio-Identical Hormone Therapy in September of 2003. Last November, she redirected the focus of her own practice and introduced the Institute for Health and Wellness, where she and her staff explore natural solutions to health problems.

It was the opportunity of a lifetime,” says Dr. Schroeder from her new office off Cherry Street in Tomball. Dr. Schroeder’s approach to patients is based on a multi-treatment regimen, including treatment plans for yeast, thyroid imbalances, biologically identical hormone replacement therapy, adrenal fatigue, vitamin and mineral supplementation, and a nutritionally balanced eating program.

Dr. Schroeder’s Institute for Health and Wellness also offers skin care services. Services include Fotofacials, Epilight hair removal, botox, microdermabrasion, and glycolic peels. Dr. Schroeder offers a full line of Jan Marini Skin care products. Just recently, Dr. Schroeder has added Jane Iredale make-up, which is designed to make skin glow and hide wrinkles and imperfections.
